Profile

Manage your personal information from the Profile page in the dashboard sidebar.

Display Name

Set the name that appears across the dashboard and in team member lists. Click your name to edit it.

Profile Photo

Upload a photo that appears next to your name in the dashboard.
  • Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP
  • Maximum size: 512 KB
  • Drag-and-drop or click to upload
  • Click Remove to revert to the default avatar

Connected Login Methods

ReplyBubble supports three login methods: Google, GitHub, and email magic links. You can connect or disconnect providers from the Profile page.
  • Each connected provider shows the date it was linked
  • Click Disconnect to remove a provider (keep at least one connected)
  • To add a new provider, click the connect button next to it

Theme Preference

Choose between Light, Dark, or System (matches your device preference). This setting is saved to your account and applies across devices.

Workspaces

Each workspace is a separate chatbot with its own knowledge base, branding, forms, and settings. Workspaces are completely independent of each other, which makes them ideal for managing multiple websites or clients from a single account. Workspace limits by plan:

To create a new workspace:
  1. Open the workspace switcher in the dashboard sidebar
  2. Click “New Workspace”
  3. Give it a name and configure your chatbot settings
Each workspace has its own conversation history, analytics, and integrations. Billing is handled at the account level — one subscription covers all your workspaces.

Team Members (Pro)

Pro and Enterprise plans support multiple team members on a single workspace. Each member gets their own login and a role that controls what they can access. Available roles:

To manage your team:
  1. Go to Team in the dashboard sidebar
  2. Invite members by email and assign a role
  3. Remove or change roles for existing members anytime
Each team member receives an invitation email with a link to set up their account.

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is permanent. Before you proceed:
  • If you have an active subscription, cancel it first (see Cancellation)
  • Export any data you want to keep — there is no way to recover it after deletion
To delete your account:
  1. Go to Profile in the dashboard sidebar
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  3. Click “Delete Account”
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted
This permanently removes all your data, including workspaces, conversations, knowledge base documents, forms, and analytics. This action cannot be undone.
