Build forms directly inside your chatbot to capture leads, collect information, and qualify visitors — all within the conversation flow.

How forms work

Instead of sending visitors to a separate landing page, ReplyBubble presents forms inside the chat. The bot asks questions conversationally, collects responses, and routes the data to your tools automatically. This approach converts better than traditional forms because visitors are already engaged in a conversation.

Creating a form

  1. Go to Dashboard > Forms
  2. Click Create Form
  3. Add your fields (name, email, phone, custom questions, etc.)
  4. Configure conditional logic if needed (show/hide fields based on answers)
  5. Set where form data should be sent (integrations)
  6. Click Save

Field types

You can add various field types to your forms:
  • Text — short text input (name, company, etc.)
  • Email — validated email address
  • Phone — phone number
  • Select — dropdown with predefined options
  • Multi-select — multiple choice
  • Text area — longer text responses

Conditional fields

Show or hide fields based on visitor answers. For example:
  • Ask “Are you an existing customer?”
  • If yes, show “What’s your account number?”
  • If no, show “What product are you interested in?”
This keeps forms short and relevant for each visitor.

Viewing submissions

  1. Go to Dashboard > Forms
  2. Click on a form to see all submissions
  3. Each submission shows the visitor’s responses, timestamp, and associated conversation
Form submissions also appear on the contact’s timeline in Contacts, alongside their conversations and other activity.

Form submissions can be automatically sent to your other tools:

Use cases

Lead capture

Collect name, email, and company during the conversation. The bot qualifies the lead based on responses and routes hot leads to your sales team via Slack or CRM.

Appointment booking

Ask for preferred date/time, contact info, and meeting topic. Route to your calendar tool via Zapier or webhooks.

Support intake

Collect account details, issue description, and priority. Create a support ticket automatically through your helpdesk integration.

Feedback collection

Ask visitors to rate their experience and leave comments. Track responses over time in your analytics.

Tips

  • Keep forms short — 3-5 fields convert best. Only ask for what you need
  • Use conditional logic to skip irrelevant questions
  • Always include an email field if you want to follow up with the visitor
  • Test your forms by chatting with your own bot and submitting test entries
  • Set up routing early so leads don’t sit unseen in the dashboard
