Layout
The page is split into two panels:- Left panel — Status information and quick actions
- Right panel — A live, interactive widget iframe

Quick Actions
- Test Chat — Opens the widget on the right so you can start a conversation. Conversation starters appear just as they would for a visitor.
- Reload Widget — Refreshes the widget iframe. Use this after making changes to settings, appearance, or personalities to see the updated version.
- Embed Code — Opens a modal with the embed snippet for your site. Click to copy it to your clipboard.
What to Test
- Conversation starters — Verify they appear correctly and lead to useful responses.
- AI responses — Ask questions that match your knowledge base content and verify accuracy.
- Appearance — Check that colors, position, avatar, and text match your brand.
- Offline mode — If enabled, temporarily disconnect your AI provider (or use an invalid key) to see the fallback decision tree in action.
- Forms — Trigger form flows and verify fields, labels, and submission behavior.
Tips
- Preview after every change. It takes seconds and catches issues before visitors encounter them.
- Test edge cases. Ask questions your knowledge base doesn’t cover and verify the bot handles them gracefully.
- Check on mobile. If your site has mobile visitors, resize your browser to see how the widget adapts.
