Chatbot Links is a curated list of URLs — booking pages, documentation, pricing, privacy policy, or anything else — that the AI assistant can share with visitors at the right moment in conversation. It’s not something visitors browse directly; it’s context the AI draws on while chatting.

How it works

Go to Links in the dashboard sidebar. Each link has:
  • Label — a short name (e.g. “Book a Demo”)
  • URL — must be http:// or https://
  • Purpose (optional) — a hint describing when the AI should share it (e.g. “Share when a visitor asks about pricing”)
All configured links are injected into the AI’s system prompt for every conversation. The AI is instructed to:
  • Only share a link when it’s contextually relevant to what the visitor is asking
  • Never dump the whole list at once — surface the right link at the right moment
  • Use the purpose hint to decide when a given link applies
Up to 25 links are included per conversation to bound prompt size; if you have more than 25, only the first 25 (by sort order) are sent to the AI. Click Add Link, fill in the label and URL, and optionally a purpose. Click Add Link to save. Edit or delete existing links from the table at any time — changes take effect on the next AI response, no republishing required.

Plan limits

Existing links beyond your plan’s limit stay active if you downgrade — you just can’t add new ones until you’re back under the limit or upgrade. To let the AI actually do something at a link-triggered moment (submit a form, trigger a webhook, book a meeting) rather than just share a URL, see Custom AI Actions and Meeting Booking.
